100 Days was a performance project I did in 2021. After my Bipolar diagnosis, I was medicated and struggling to leave an abusive relationship. I decided to take a series of photos of myself daily—an attempt to create intimacy with myself as a site of grief. As my body changed and I struggled with the adjustment to medications and re-stabilization, I wanted to create a project that grounded me through ritual, connecting me to my body, sexuality, and vulnerability.
